This popular CubeCart mod allows you to add professional looking contact forms to your store.  With this mod, contact/email forms can be put into any of your store site documents.  Customized contact forms can be setup by someone with knowledge of HTML.  When the customer fills out the form the information will be sent to you by email.

Features:

• New feature! Simple 'Ask a question about this product' link.
• New feature! If customer is logged in the CAPTCHA will not be shown.
• If customer is logged in their name and email address will be automatically put into the fields.
• Optional CAPTCHA visual verification allows you to minimize spam.
• Any error messages (e.g. field not completed) are displayed immediately (no page reload).
• No limit to the number of contact/email forms.
• By editing the HTML you can create custom contact forms utilizing many types of input fields (text input, drop down selection, radio buttons, checkboxes, etc) except file/image upload fields.  Requires knowledge of HTML, some documentation is included to assist you.

Limitations:

• With this mod, contact/email forms can only be added to your site documents.
• These contact/email forms cannot be used to upload images/files.
• When the contact form is submitted, the information is sent in a plain text email (no HTML).

Advanced features (these features are unique to this mod, they are not included in the simpler Fully Flexible Contact Forms mod):

1. Configurable email recipients - send to different addresses e.g. company departments.
2. Custom response messages - if creating multiple contact forms each form can have a different success message e.g. 'Thanks for contacting us' and 'Thanks for completing our survey'.
3. Require customer to be logged in - you can require the customer to be logged in before the form can be submitted.
